Hello I would like to file a complaint about the apps subscription and charges, when I tried to open the app it said about subscription and stuffs and I saw the 150 Yen subscription and tried the free trial as well. Later on I noticed that my bank was charged for 8000 yen in this app when all I remember is I paid for the 150 yen. If it’s possible please return my 8000 yen to my bank account.
