Absolutely terrible experience with Rappi in Santa Marta. I entered the correct address EXACTLY as it should be, including detailed notes saying the location was in Gaira. The driver got lost with my iced coffees, wasted a huge amount of time, then refused to complete the delivery because Rappi apparently paid him for the wrong area. I was forced to cancel because everything would arrive melted, and Rappi still refused to refund me. Their support system is just automated loops with no real help. This honestly feels like a scam. I will never use Rappi again.
