My wife and I are in our 60’s and we have been married for over 30’s - together we have run 9 marathons - First was Chicago 97! We we road the Withalachooce Florida Annual Fund Raiser 100 mile ride along with our workouts at Golds Gym and Planet Fitness the last few years as well as all of our personal 4 mile power walks around our neighborhood and riding our Bike Trikes on trails - The apps gives us our history and pace And everything to our records!

I am amazed how well I am doing and besides learning and challenging my brain it also challenges my thought process!
