Worst App from the worst bank I’ve ever used. Everything is so needlessly complicated. The app barely functions and it is basically impossible to log in. Says it doesn’t recognize my credentials all the time so I usually just use the instant balance feature. Well now that is saying I need to set it up (it’s been set up for over a year) but I can’t even log in to the app. Maybe I’ll log in to the website? NOPE! Won’t let me do that either.
