Conducted an experiment as to why my passenger rating kept on decreasing when I haven’t booked a ride on the app for a while (the drivers are very picky and NONE of them were accepting any booking request): I deleted my account and made a new one. I did not make a single booking request, and after a week, I checked the app. I was surprised that I had already been rated 4.8 when I haven’t even used the app a single time since I created the new account.
