I have had my Gramin R10 for two years and have used it exclusively indoors. I have had minimal issues with it not tracking shots. After the newest update the unit is basically junk to me. I use the device strictly for practice and trying to dial my swing in. I have a slow back swing (hasn’t changed) and with new update I am lucky if 1 out of 10 shots register. I have always used RCT balls and nothing else in my simulator set up has changed. I did try adding more light and tweaking set up distances and angles but still no luck.
