Do not use if you are planning to spend significant amounts of money via this platform. The returns process is a scam. They failed to collect 30+ items. I was considering using for a business platform but they are unreliable and DO NOT TRUST THEIR PROCESS. They do not treat customers fairly or have any respect for the customer, There is limited recourse and they do not take responsibility of their own failures. I requested returns as per their guidelines and they still did not honour collection on multiple occasions. Think twice about buying bulk and spending large amounts of money as they do
