First off this is NOT like a regular airline, they do not allow carry on bags unless you pay a separate fee so buyer beware, because the app doesn’t allow you to add the bag despite what it says. It’s misleading to say the least, a terrible user experience at best. Then I’m reading about how I need to pay extra for a carry on bag h less it’s food or a purse 6 hours before my flight, I try again to use the app to purchase the carry on bag for $35, but you can’t do that after you’ve clicked Checked In on the app. So they email you to check in, then the app provides a Terrible user experience fro
