I’ve tried finding an app like. Everyone wants at £35 a month to use their apps. NHS Oviva has got me going again, in just one week I’m out of bed and living again. I was preparing to die when I was offered this opportunity. Everything is provided. A food diary, exercise videos, a coach to encourage you, activities and goal setting. Thank you Oviva.
