Rappi NEVER returns money from orders which they cancel themselves. They make you wait for 2 weeks minimum for money to come in, and then request to send list of ALL your bank transactions for this period.. never in my life I have seen anyone requested something as private as this. And now, I got my 2 orders canceled by them for 4000 pesos, and support simply ignores me for days, even tho I’m “Prime” and “Diamond”, which supposedly supposed to grant me with their great specialized support.. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
