I was looking for prestigious grade and was Elite Plus and near to upgrade to reach gold suddenly i see my self Classic Plus. I was travel using Turkish airlines in all my flights but this downgrade make me frustrated.

There should be question to answer then to connect automatically

I booked trip successfully and within seconds company called me to confirm and that was great. Later on every day or 2 days I got emails asking for extra service . That was ok but they care 90% in their emails on marketing but where is the services for my flight ? Where is the info for check in online? I tried to see online checking from my mobile small screen, message appears says to chat if I need a hotel and does not go from screen As I bought a tickets, I care more about my reservation not to get hotel or car
