I had a disappointing experience with this app in Rome. First, it took 7 minutes just to find a driver. Then, the app showed the driver would arrive in 9 minutes, but things went downhill from there. The driver started missing turns, circling near my location without actually arriving. At one point, it seemed like he might have forgotten he was a taxi driver and was heading home instead! After missing five turns and taking a detour, I ended up waiting 22 minutes for nothing.
