I had a rental car in Spain during the Summer of 2024. Last week, more than 6 months later, I got charged 34.05€ because my card was still linked to the license plate of the car. I contacted customer service and like a parrot they replied almost with a legal clause, disastrous customer service. Why does this app not have other validation checks to protect customers? For example (1) ask for car confirmations after prolongued lack of use, say once a month, (2) include an option to add a car only for a certain number of days, or (3) give the option to customers to validate every entrance with a p

My favorite plane ticket app for searching flights. Very reliable with a nice and simple user interface. Seems unbiased when producing results. Easy to organize and filter results in many ways. I tend to then buy the tickets on the airlines’ websites 90% of the time from the app’s links. Only thing missing is allowing to save a user-defined search profile (sorting, filtering), instead of having to input/check-it every time a new search is performed.
