I have loved and used Clue for the past 3 years. It has been invaluable to me in tracking myself. However following this recent update I am unable to sign in (as it requests) and access my data. I will be heartbroken if I have lost my data of three years. It keeps giving me an error message as I try to sign in.

Despite having paid for the yearly VIP subscription of N4700, the app will not allow me export a video that is 5 minutes + and remove the watermark. Both of these are clearly features that are part of the VIP package which is why I paid for it. I am very disappointed because the video I spent hours working on is stuck in the app.
