App crashed while chatting with the customer service in the web view. I lost my chat history and had to start over with a different person.

Some issues i’ve been facing: 1. Copying text of message that was sent by bot/webhook/other non-human user is not working, nothing gets copied 2. Sometimes I am not getting a message from incoming webhook but it is received on other clients. But quite rarely.
