I enjoyed this game very much until my gems and purchases started to disappear. It happened three time within last couple of weeks… First time in happened I contacted customer service and they got my gems back. Second time I contacted customer service and got auto reply but didn’t get anything back. Yesterday I had over a thousand gems collected and today when I opened the game I had only 80 gems left and I know for sure I didn’t use them. So, gems just keep disappearing. It is so frustrating and disappointing!
