I called into customer service and was on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. Our company uses this app to collect payments out in the field. The app will not load it. Tries to load, but then closes. I explain how this was affecting our business with our technicians, not being able to collect payments and I was told to find out who the third-party company was and call them directly however, QuickBooks customer care could not give me the number or the name of the third party company.
