I ordered food, delivery time was delayed again and again, when I tried to contact Rappi their system was down. After 3 hours I gave up, but was charged regardless. The next day I contacted Rappi again and they told me that they couldn’t help me and I should take it up with the restaurant myself . Avoid this app at all costs
