Driver’s behaviours and not getting a response when having lodged a complaint.
The drivers of this app have a really bad tendency lately, you tell them the route you prefer because it is obviously closer and faster and they choose not to listen. I lodged a complaint about this 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been attended to, I am disappointed.
