Grab taking up to 27% commission from drivers is not fair. Drivers invest a lot of their own money to buy a car or a tuk-tuk, and they also have to pay for fuel, maintenance, and daily expenses. After all these costs, losing such a large percentage of their earnings makes it very difficult for them to make a decent living. The company benefits from the hard work of drivers, but the current fee structure puts too much financial pressure on them. A more balanced and reasonable commission would help drivers earn fairly for their efforts and improve their overall livelihood.
