Apps describing themselves as "tools" and offering stuff in an advertising manner on startup are to be uninstalled immediately

At least in Finnish keymapping, I can't produce {}\ chars at all. And a bluetooth mouse? Can't use at all. Make it so that a Nordic developer can use VS22 on the remote PC, with BT keyb and BT mouse. Thanks.

Why does over 100 companies need to mangle this with their cookies, if it's only about editing photos? Why are you milking us this way?
