I bought this app specifically so I could use it on my Apple Watch. Do not buy this app if this is what you want it for. It doesn't work. It freezes mid exercise and will just stop altogether if you drop your wrist (it won't continue the countdown in the background so you have to stare at it the whole time). Disappointed it doesn't have sound or vibration on the watch so you can continue your activities/working while doing the exercises with it prompting you when to squeeze and when to rest. Instead like I said you have to Stan/sit there and stare at your watch for the whole thing. Not practic
