The quality of their service just continues to go downhill. You can no longer change driver or drop off location. Recently the drivers are extremely rude and keep talking to customers. Had this multiple times where they are just rude and nosy and keep asking for directions although it’s on the app !!! We had to ask multiple drivers to just stop talking to us during the ride and it’s such a poor experience. If you talk to support they’ll tell you to report the driver but essentially you’re asking us to report all drivers. Just conduct proper training for your drivers !!! It’s a widespread issue

The app should balance between simple and complex lessons. It tends to be overall too simple and boring for the most part.
