To the Video Star Team, I am beyond frustrated, and frankly shocked, at how your app handles user data especially for paying subscribers. I renewed my subscription two days ago, Two days. After attempting to offload the app for storage management, the app disappeared and every single in-progress project was permanently erased. There was no warning, no recovery option, no cloud backup, and no account system to protect the work I invested hours into.
