When a customer cancels a ride they get charged, however when the driver sits in one spot for 5 min and you call/text them, they cancel the which is a huge inconvenience to the customer who then has to wait for another ride, there is NO compensation! I’ve stopped using Uber Eats and will no longer use uber due to their poor policy against customers.
