I had an extremely frustrating experience with Qatar Airways. After canceling my booking, they failed to refund my money and gave me an invalid reference number. I tried multiple times to follow up, but their process was confusing, inconsistent, and deliberately complicated. Eventually, I gave up after weeks of back-and-forth. Totally disappointed with their customer service – I expected much better from an airline of this reputation. But they do it intentionally until you give up, even my bank to them but they declined the emails and didn’t respond.. i have evidence.
