My order was scheduled to arrive on the 8thJan26; however, until today, the shipment has not been delivered. I have made several attempts to contact Aramex through the available channels, but unfortunately, I have received no response at all. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Due to this ongoing delay and poor customer service, I am very dissatisfied with the delivery experience.
