Nearing 2000 classes I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve been charged a late cancel fee - including a charge I got today for a class I cancelled yesterday. You should not have to screenshot everytime you make a change to your class schedule especially well outside the 8 hour window. The app looks better for sure but the functionality is TERRIBLE. Fix it!
