Despite uploading and saving all travel documents when purchasing tickets, the app requests scanning each document every time we need to check-in for a flight. That’s 3 times for a round trip flight! This is cumbersome as scanning each passport is riddled with hiccups. We also needed to enter the rest of our information such as address and trusted traveler numbers the same 3 times. I have a Qatar Airways account and had saved traveling companions in the app. Other than our names, everything else has to be re-entered.
