Not 18yrs old below

I’m using this app for more than two years already and eventually I can’t use some of it’s features. I reached out to their customer service and was told that certain features are available for 18+ age. I explained that there might be an error in the initial age that was registered so I was asking to change it. They told me that they can’t correct my information. Take note that I am paying premium for this app but I can’t maximize the use.
