I love the hatch product. It’s great. The app is beautiful. It is also the slowest app I’ve ever used. And despite the fact that the device is fully connected to you phone via Bluetooth THEY ABSOLUTELY CRIPPLE APP FUNCTIONALITY UNLESS YOURE CONNECTED TO WIFI. Why? I don’t know. Sadism perhaps? It is so incredibly slow to simply open the app. I kept thinking they’d fix this, yet in the two years we’ve had it, it’s only gotten worse. They’ve added so many features to the app yet done nothing to improve its basic user experience, which is ROTTEN. I am sitting in a hotel trying desperately to conn
