I’ve made 115 bookings in 2 years and will never use Agoda again. Cashback promised $234, Cashback paid $86 due to their ‘technical error’. Their tech support is terrible when something goes wrong and customer service is non existent. The discounts offered are not transparent and are for the benefit of Agoda not the user.
