They can’t be trusted with your credit card. They double charge and the cancelation info and timing on the app is very incorrect and you don’t find out until after you book and are charged!! First I traveled to Europe and had a lot of bookings since we moved every 2 days. The charges on your credit card are not specific so it is hard to determine what charge goes with what hotel or tour. If you ask their help they can’t tell you what they charged you for when you call. They can barely speak English and don’t really understand what you’re asking so the follow up later is always wrong.
