This airline app is the worst of it’s kind - it doesn’t show any useful information and instead just constantly redirects you from the app to a website. Even on the website part it has a banner at the top that says “open BA app”. The app errors out often in changing your seat - and instead of showing you the layout of the plane you cannot even see how many seats are where. Additionally, it shows the most useless information - why do I need to know my timeline over something like incoming aircraft or stand by? The app really lives up to the reputation of having low tech standards in 2025
