I got scammed via Vinted twice within 3 months of using the app. I purchased items where 1 was counterfeit and another had major flaws. Vinted support was useless in both of the cases to help me. Basically all they do is to redirect me to scammer sellers and asking to resolve issues with them directly:)) honestly, no idea why support exists at all when they cannot support affected buyers in majority of issues I’ve had so far. Customer support people have been passive aggressive as well consider they didn’t want to deal with my daily complaints reg my issues. Really disappointing.
