I've been using the VPN app since 2020 mainly for getting access to russian web sites. In 2022 they decided to shut down the server and stop giving access to Russia. I contacted their sipport and they told me that they don't want to support Russia with fees for their servers, on my arguments that it basically changes their service and violates one of the purposes of it (give access to closed parts of the world) and I want my money back they just told me that it's impossible. I really do not recommend this VPN provider if you don't want to suddenly lose access to what you paid for.
