I used to love this app, everything worked clearly like clockwork and everything was transparent. The support was great. Now it's like something changed and their service has become bad, it's very hard to cancel a reservation and even when it is canceled I have to contact them 2-3 times to get my money back, I still can't get my money back for three months.
