Paying customers should not suffer the monopolistic practices of huge corporations like Microsoft and Google. We really don't care what's your beef with each other. It's completely RIDICULOUS that MS Excel, Word PowerPoint etc can cooperate with all kinds of unpopular cloud services but cannot open our files stored in Google Drive! There should be a law about this!

1. Cannot mark as unread in the unread folder, because it instantly becomes "read" again. 2. Cannot select email addresses of senders/recipients to copy them elsewhere. 3. Problem with many big attachments. As a workaround, they have to be saved in Google drive before opened elsewhere (eg. MS Excel). 4. Pictures cannot be resized at will when sending. Only standard res of about 150Kb... 5. When pics are selected from the Pictures App with the "Open in... Gmail" option selected, they are NEVER included as attachments in the new email that pops up. 6. Impossible to use "Signatures". Poor
