Extremely disappointing experience. This situation was genuinely surprising for a platform operating under the Yango / Yandex brand. The payment was charged immediately after booking, yet no one contacted me regarding the vehicle pickup. Only after reaching out to customer support did their partner respond, with unclear communication and no precise pickup details.
