It’s been already 6 months since I ordered a bag and there’s no sign of it. I ordered it during Black Friday and I understand I will some time to be delivered BUT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS? And I contacted your customer support by email and you just send me an automated reply. I have booked before and I have influence lots of people to use your platform and today I’m so disappointed.
