I love Lazada and use it all the time. But shipping is very rarely free, even if the item ad says it is. You find out you actually have to spend a lot. Then it changes it in checkout to add some amount anyway sometimes. The only way to get back home is to hit the back button a million times. There’s no link to home from every page. The app will freeze and I have to boot my phone. Search is very frustrating, as it shows you everything you ever searched for in the past, instead of what you’re looking for now. Temu search is exponentially better. I hope Lazada improves.
