Downloaded it, starting using it. Had high hopes for this app. But literally the next day after I paid for the yearly subscription it stopped working. No templates, no searches, no boarders or images could be added. I literally have to building everything out from scratch. Contact support and given the run around for a month. Was asked multiple times (at least 4) to restart my device, it didn’t work. I even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling (lost EVERYTHING IN THIS PROCESS BTW) still
