I love this app. I purchased the Pro app. I have used WW for years. I lose a little then get bored and stop using it. You are locked into paying for a year. That actually should tell you something. There approach is one size fits the majority. This app is geared to me. The diet changes according to how I am doing every week. I am told what changed and why. How I can improve and what I should change and why. It is very easy to stick to. I feel like I have someone looking out for me and coaching me along the way.
