I’ve paid Office but I can’t access copilot.

I was asked to start a trial and asked to click. Before I knew it, the app tells me I have done a purchase. I did not want to do a purchase. There seems to be no way to check if and how much i was billed, nor an instruction on how to unwind any transaction. This is totally unacceptable. If I was charged then i immediate want my money back. Even having to deal with such nefarious practices and waste my time and effort on such cheapskates and the purposefully arcane business methods here is fraud.
