My trip to Saginaw itself was fine, I didn’t have an issue with my flights or anything when headed to the destination. The problem was as when I was headed back, when united changed my flight while I was at the gate getting ready to board, it went from me actively boarding to a 5+ hour layover. I chatted in to receive help through customer service and they completely lied to me telling me I had to be at the airport for 3+ hours in order for them to not change my flight time. I hadn’t been any any of the airport for more than 2… not only that but they lied and told me that I had to have a minim
