So many issues, app won’t log in with the username and password, you can’t manage you booked flights need to manually add them. Delay on first leg flight made an alarm on the app saying (mis connection seek other ways for travel??) You make it to the flight on the second part, app still says misconnection… where you suddenly find yourself on the airport with the chatbot only when needed actual support. Chat bot is very entry level as well. All in all I still cannot understand how that Lufthansa still manages to operate as looking to this basic app they got things very wrong.
