I had a server error while trying to buy a parking ticket in mantova and i was charged anyway, with almost 10 euros (a day price) for an hour of parking that was neither confirmed then. So I bought parking from a machine and wrote to them for a refund and they say i’m not eligible for a refund as dates don’t match, but they hell do, and i have photos to prove. The whole experience was a mess, so i would definitely not recommend.
