So my account got closed, been using it since 2014 with no issues. After my last purchase the faulty fraud algorithm thought my last purchase was fraudulent and closed my account. No emails, no option to retrieve my account, nada. All my subscriptions gone, alexa, prime movies all wiped out. All customer service representatives are no help at all! Worst, i cant monitor my purchases items which are already charged to my card!!!

App works okay once connected but it takes some time to connect to the device and worst part is, once it’s closed or minimized, you would have to start the entire process of waiting and connecting to the device again! Not all features are also available especially to the annoying HW-Q950A where the display is poorly designed!
