I did not intentionally subscribe to a monthly plan, yet I was charged. I also did not receive any text message or notification from Apple services informing me that I was charged for a subscription. When I reached out for a refund, Remini refused to help or assist in processing the refund, even after explaining the situation. This feels misleading and unfair to users. There should be clearer confirmation before charging and better support for accidental or unauthorized subscriptions. Posting this for awareness so others can be more careful!!!
