Hello Pinduoduo development team, At the moment it’s really hard to sign up as a user outside of China. Would you consider an English translation setting inside the app, and an easier sign up/in for user in other continents? :)

My account keeps getting restricted and restricted. Why do you expect facial information and passport to simply let me use your product?

My account was shadow banned then full restricted because I’m based in the EU. And Alibaba wants passport copy + face scan to unrestrict it. Ridiculous…

Foreign users can’t use this without biometric data sharing with Alibaba, or your account will be blocked then banned. Very nice.
